# 4. Off-Market Platform (Level 2)

**Explanation**

The Secret List's platform represents a new approach to off-market, making it digital, more connected, and accessible to interested parties. Off-market or Level 2, will be accessible only to users who have undergone full verification (KYC). This segment of the platform prioritizes maximum security for all parties involved.

Off-market listings won't display vehicle information publicly to protect vehicle and seller information. To receive full vehicle information, Interested parties will need to sign electronic contracts (NDA, LOI, POF, etc.) directly from the vehicle listing. This process ensures that only genuinely interested parties gain access to complete vehicle information.

**Verification**

To prevent information leaks, The Secret List implements verification processes to confirm users' identities (KYC). Verified identities unlock access to automatic online contracts, ensuring that off-market listings remain truly confidential and sensitive information remains protected.

***Multiple verification methods will be available to accommodate users who wish to maintain anonymity.***

**Contracts**

The digitalization of automotive contracts is a cornerstone of The Secret List's approach. Key contracts, such as the Letter of Intent (LOI), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and Proof of Fund (POF), will be seamlessly integrated into the platform. Interested buyers must sign the required documents to access further information on off-market listings.

**Security**

The Secret List, takes security, information integrity, and anonymity seriously. Each buy or sell request is closely examined, with our dedicated team overseeing every aspect of the transaction. From locating the vehicle to ensuring mechanical integrity and facilitating client delivery, our mission is to elevate the luxury car market by simplifying processes and enhancing security.
